Delivery Information and Payment Method
We know how important it is to receive your products when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. As such, we are committed to deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Items will either be packaged nicely in paper box, paper bag or plastic bag.
Local Delivery
Soteria Technology processes and ships orders on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Properly completed orders submitted will be delivered within three (3) to five (5) working days.
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150.00. This offer is valid online only and is applicable to Singapore (mainland only) delivery. Any orders less than $150.00 will be charged $10.00 for delivery fee. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control. Alternatively, you may opt to collect your items at our location.
